A Narrative Inquiry of Two English Teachers’ Identity Construction

چکیده

Teacher identity is one of the essential aspects influencing form and quality educational processes. The present study examines narratives writers, Devia, an English teacher, Trisa, throughout their learning teaching experiences process that were involved as they negotiated identities teachers. data collected from autobiographical narrative Devia well intensive life-history interviews with Trisa. Analysis interview led to four major themes: inspiring figures, practicum experiences, becoming pursuing a postgraduate study. findings revealed Devia’s Trisa’s engagement in practices activities shaped teacher constructions.
